Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm your information is accurate and authorized for use.

Apple Pay / Google Pay

We may cancel orders due to errors, fraud concerns, or restrictions.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Customers are responsible for:

Accurate shipping details
Customs duties/taxes

We are not liable for delays from carriers or customs.

Returns & Damaged Items

Returns:
No returns accepted for original artwork, prints, or any physical/digital products.

Damaged items:

Must be reported within 48 hours
Include photos of item + packaging
Return shipping handled case-by-case

Commissions

A 25% deposit is required
Deposit becomes non-refundable once work begins
Reference images must be owned/licensed by you
Completion times vary
We may decline commission requests

Intellectual Property

All artwork and site content are copyrighted by Ryan Pickart.

Create derivative works

Purchasing artwork does not grant reproduction rights.

Website Use

We use WooCommerce, Stripe, Apple/Google Pay, hosting providers, and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these services.
